Our client, a leading M&A Advisory Boutique is looking for strong additions to their team on Director level
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), from origination to closing
- Manage client relationships with founders, shareholders, and C-level executives
- Drive deal sourcing, valuation, structuring, and negotiation processes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
- Proven track record of closing mid-market M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills
