Your role
As a Software Engineer Backend C++, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic development team, contributing to the full development cycle of our robotic systems. Your code will be subject to hard real-time constraints and will be responsible for the control of our modular automated equipment which is a key factor in ensuring reliable and consistent execution of our projects. Immediate feedback on your developments will be available to you from our experimental equipment setups. Your hands-on approach will be integral to shaping the future of offshore technology.
What you will do:
- Address complex problems within a unique and challenging environment;
- Be a key player in a multidisciplinary team working on robotic pipe crawlers, ultrasonic weld inspection equipment, automated weld systems, and digitalization initiatives;
- Embrace the freedom to innovate, learn, and explore, from proof-of-concept to production.
What we expect from you
- Software Engineering degree or equivalent;
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented development principles;
- Eagerness to learn, try, fail, and explore;
- Team player with a broad interest in technology;
- Proficiency in C++ and/or C;
- (Beneficial) familiarity with Beckhoff TwinCAT and/or EtherCAT.
