Mid/Senior Java Developer

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Mid/Senior Java Developer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; - Between 6-9 years of experience in a similar role; - 5+ years of experience with Angular and 5+ years with Java; - Solid experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban); - Solid experience with Spring (Boot, Batch, MVC) and Maven; - Experience with Unit testing using Junit/Mockito, or other testing libraries; - Experience using Git and Jenkins; - Experience with JPA/Hibernate; - Experience working with relational databases (writing complex queries or stored procedures may be needed sometimes); - Knowledge of SQL; - Good Knowledge of software architecture and design related topics (SOLID principles, Design patterns, etc);  - Innovative thinking and proactive attitude; - Experience with Camunda is nice to have; - Initiative to implement or promote good practices in daily tasks; - Ability to guide and mentor less experienced team members; - Continuous improvement mindset; - Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
