Job Description

Supervise the strategy, structure, and management of the DevOps teams’ transformation plan. The professional will also be responsible for guiding and monitoring DevOps projects, from the planning phase to the verification of operational implementation, across the following levels: technical, DevOps practices, and human.

He/She easily operates in both DEV and OPS contexts, applying the best methodological standards (SAFe, Scrum, API management, DevOps, Lean Startup, etc.) in planning, product management, and project management.

The goal of the DevOps Leader is to foster constructive collaboration between Development and Operations teams. To achieve this, he/she will structure governance, create a climate of trust, and leverage joint building in a model that encourages transparency and information sharing between Development and Operations teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure program objectives are achieved in line with the company’s commitments, respecting the entity’s strategic priorities and the sponsor’s expectations.
• Manage the program’s project portfolio and its allocated budget for implementation.
• Provide functional and cross-functional management to various entities for a portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate projects, manage interdependencies, and challenge implementation solutions.
