Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality full-stack applications.
- Contribute to system architecture design and promote engineering best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established standards.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams in agile workflows and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Drive improvements in code quality and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- 5–10 years of experience as a software engineer, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, debugging, and clean code principles.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Fluent in English (C1) with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work 10–40 hours per week, with partial overlap with US Pacific Time.
- Permanent authorization to work in Italy or other eligible EU locations.
