If your answer is yes, we invite you to apply for the position of Application Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical consulting to customers and optimize grinding processes (creating added value for the customer)
· Conduct testing at customer sites and analyze results
· Prepare cost-effectiveness analyses based on test outcomes
· Advise and train customers, distributors, and the Sales team
· Co-create and implement company strategy in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and R&D
· Communicate customer needs to internal teams in R&D and Product Management
· Support trade fair activities and technical presentations
· Lead and participate in internal and cross-functional projects
Requirements
· University degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s level or higher)
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in in abrasives/grinding
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Good command of MS Office tools
· Eagerness to learn and continuously develop
· Innovative, proactive, and open to new ideas
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Goal-oriented and well-organized
· Willingness to travel within the Europe and Surrounding Regions
· Advantage: Experience in grinding, cutting, machining, and CNC processes
