We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strong product intuition with a growth and marketing mindset. You will lead initiatives for Alohi products, shaping their growth, engagement, and overall product experience across web and mobile.
You’ll work closely with design, marketing, and engineering teams to craft experiences that drive user adoption, retention, and monetization. This role is ideal for someone who has seen a product scale, understands both consumer behavior and business levers, and can translate insights into measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap for multiple products, aligned with Alohi’s broader vision.
- Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion through experimentation, onboarding improvements, and funnel optimization.
- Gather and document product requirements, defining user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the product owner within an agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases
- Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing, messaging, and in-product campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and position Alohi ahead of the curve.
- Work across both consumer and business user segments, balancing self-serve simplicity with professional-grade needs.
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally across consumer or SaaS products.
- Proven experience working in startups or scale-ups
- Experience with AI-powered products or integrating AI features into consumer workflows.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, activation funnels, and retention mechanics.
- Proven ability to partner closely with marketing teams on go-to-market and lifecycle initiatives.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to rally cross-functional teams.
- Empathy for users and the ability to turn insights into human-centered product experiences.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously across different product lines.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
