Position Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated HR professional who combines solid expertise with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to actively shape HR processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end HR administration: Manage all administrative HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, departures, and preparation of employment references
- Payroll & benefits: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and handle matters related to social insurance
- Advisory role: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics
- Recruitment support: Assist with coordination and administrative tasks within the hiring process
- HR process development: Contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of HR policies, systems, and workflows
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR lead, provide cover when required, and liaise with other departments
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or business-related education
- At least three years of hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll
- Additional HR training or certification is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- High level of discretion, accountability, and team spirit
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German
