🚨 DevOps Engineer – Mission-Critical Systems (Gothenburg) 🚨
We’re working with a well-established product company building software used in healthcare and emergency response, where reliability, performance, and availability genuinely matter. Their systems support professionals in life-critical situations - when every second counts.
They’re now looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a collaborative engineering organisation working on robust, large-scale systems within the emergency services domain.
đź”§ The role
You’ll be part of a dedicated DevOps function, working closely with developers and testers to ensure smooth delivery, stable environments, and high-quality operations.
Your work will include:
- Developing and maintaining cloud and on-prem environments
- Driving automation across CI/CD pipelines, from validation to deployment
- Improving infrastructure, monitoring, and reliability using DevOps best practices
- Collaborating with development teams to enable efficient and secure delivery
🧠What they’re looking for
- 1+ year of DevOps-focused experience
- Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure
- Comfortable working in Microsoft environments
- Good understanding of databases
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (to collaborate effectively with dev teams)
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

- Azure DevOps (server or services)
- Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code
- Monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
- Linux and/or Windows Server
📍 Location & requirements
- Based in Gothenburg
- Swedish citizenship and fluency in Swedish is required
