DevOps Engineer

🚨 DevOps Engineer – Mission-Critical Systems (Gothenburg) 🚨

We’re working with a well-established product company building software used in healthcare and emergency response, where reliability, performance, and availability genuinely matter. Their systems support professionals in life-critical situations - when every second counts.

They’re now looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a collaborative engineering organisation working on robust, large-scale systems within the emergency services domain.

🔧 The role

You’ll be part of a dedicated DevOps function, working closely with developers and testers to ensure smooth delivery, stable environments, and high-quality operations.

Your work will include:

• Developing and maintaining cloud and on-prem environments
• Driving automation across CI/CD pipelines, from validation to deployment
• Improving infrastructure, monitoring, and reliability using DevOps best practices
• Collaborating with development teams to enable efficient and secure delivery

🧠 What they’re looking for

• 1+ year of DevOps-focused experience
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure
• Comfortable working in Microsoft environments
• Good understanding of databases
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (to collaborate effectively with dev teams)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

➕ Nice to have

• Azure DevOps (server or services)
• Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code
• Monitoring & observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Linux and/or Windows Server

📍 Location & requirements

• Based in Gothenburg
• Swedish citizenship and fluency in Swedish is required
