In this assignment, you will contribute to building digital experiences for high-net-worth individuals as part of a new and growing initiative within Private Wealth Management & Family Office.
This is a full-time consulting assignment (100%) via MultiMind, starting 1 January 2026 and running until 31 December 2026. The assignment is based in Stockholm, with a hybrid setup (approx. 3 days on site).
About the assignment
You will join a leading Nordic financial institution accelerating its digital offering for wealthy private clients. The initiative combines business and tech capabilities to complement a traditionally relationship-driven service model with high-quality digital experiences.
The role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will support the team from early discovery through delivery, translating user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital experiences end-to-end (flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI).
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate and contribute to workshops, discovery and iterative design processes.
- Ensure usability, accessibility and design consistency across solutions.
- Communicate and motivate design decisions with clarity.
Your profile
You are a hands-on UI/UX designer who is comfortable in complex environments and enjoys collaborating across business and tech. You combine strong design craft with a structured mindset and can move from ambiguity to clarity.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital product environments.
- Strong interaction design and user-centered design skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile ways of working.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Meritorious
- Experience from financial services or other regulated environments.
- Swedish language skills.
