Software Development Manager – Telecommunications Platform

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, inspire, and innovate as our next Software Development Manager. You’ll head a team of top engineers building the software backbone of tomorrow’s telecom networks — scalable, reliable, and cloud-native platforms that redefine connectivity.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a world-class engineering team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications.

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

• Proven track record of delivering distributed, high-availability systems.

• Expertise in backend technologies (Go, C++, Java, Python) and cloud-native architecture.

• Familiarity with RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, NFV, and O-RAN.

• Experience with DevOps tools, observability, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to inspire and align diverse teams.
