Senior Software Developer / Architect - Telecommunications Platform

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our innovative telecom software team as a Senior Software Developer / Architect, where you’ll design and build the core systems powering next-generation 5G/6G and private mobile networks. You’ll play a leading role in developing scalable, high-performance, and reliable software platforms that connect millions of users across the globe.

In this role, you will:

• Architect and build distributed software components and APIs for telecom platforms.

• Drive performance optimization and reliability across carrier-grade systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to integrate with OSS/BSS, NFV, RAN, and core systems.

• Shape architecture decisions and bring ideas to life using microservices, containers, and cutting-edge frameworks.

• Mentor developers, promote coding excellence, and contribute to our culture of technical innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Telecommunications.

• 5+ years of software development experience (preferably in telecom, networking, or distributed systems).

• Advanced coding skills in Go, C++, Java, or Python.

• Expertise in microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and REST/gRPC APIs.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols and telecom frameworks (3GPP, O-RAN, NFV).

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Cassandra.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for designing scalable systems.
