Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full-Stack / Mobile Developer to own the end-to-end development of our Flutter app (iOS, Android, and Web) and help integrate cutting-edge AI features into our platform. You’ll work closely with our AI Engineering & Research and backend teams to ship new capabilities that make learning more engaging and effective.

Responsibilities

• Flutter (Mobile & Web): Architect, build, and maintain our Flutter app across iOS, Android, and Web, ensuring high performance and code quality.

• Backend & Cloud: Design and implement server-side features using backend services; manage deployments on cloud platforms.

• Authentication: Implement and maintain secure user authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, token management, etc.).

• AI Integration: Collaborate with our AI engineers to integrate LangChain-based agents, custom model endpoints, and real-time inference pipelines.

• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Flutter expert: 2+ years of production experience, with at least one published Flutter app in the App Store or Google Play.

• AI development: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features into applications (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines).

• Backend platforms: Proven use of Firebase, Supabase or Appwrite; strong understanding of real-time databases, serverless functions, and secure authentication.

• Cloud services: Familiarity with at least one of GCP, AWS, or Azure (compute, storage, networking).

• Authentication: Practical experience designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization flows.

• Programming fundamentals: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, REST/GraphQL APIs, version control (Git), and testing best practices.

Plus Points

• Python proficiency and experience writing backend services or ML pipelines.

• LangChain or similar agent-orchestration framework experience.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and adapt in fast-paced environments.

• Web frameworks: Expertise with React, Next.js, or Svelte for building interactive UIs.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Experience setting up CI pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
