Secret Escapes is on the lookout for a talented Product Designer, to join our team. In this role, you'll apply your user-centred mindset to craft seamless, engaging experiences across our customer-facing products, including our iOS and Android apps. You’ll play a key part in shaping the digital journey for millions of users, turning insights into intuitive, high-impact designs.

The Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to polished delivery. You’ll bring a strong visual design sensibility, excellent UI craft, and a passion for scalable design systems to help us deliver consistent and elegant experiences across markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to turn complex problems into simple, human-centered solutions that drive real impact for our users and business.

Things you will be working on:

  • Own end-to-end design processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and delivering polished designs.
  • Partner with PMs and stakeholders to define problems, user journeys, and design strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and uphold design quality across all touchpoints.
  • Lead design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistency with our design system and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring coherence and scalability across platforms.
  • Use data, analytics, and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve designs.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.


You will bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role (at least 5 years).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Framer or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
  • Experience in designing with Material and Apple HIG.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
