As our HR Specialist for Türkiye, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative team focused on delivering precise and reliable payroll operations. In this role, you will oversee the full payroll cycle, partner closely with the respective stakeholders, and actively seek opportunities to enhance HR admin & operations process efficiency and accuracy. You’ll also help us move toward a more digital, insight-driven payroll operation by staying curious about new technologies in the payroll space and supporting the adoption of digital workflows, automation and predictive analytics to strengthen payroll accuracy and forecasting.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Act as the responsible person for all outsourced payroll-related activities in Türkiye
- Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
- Partner with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate input
- Respond to employee payroll queries with clarity and professionalism
- Review and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate and complete offline and online personnel files
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare payroll and employee reports
- Take an active role in insurance renewal processes and keep track of insurance entries and exits
- Manage HR-related supplier contracts, including PO creation and invoice tracking
- Keep all employee data in SuccessFactors accurate and up to date
- Support team engagement activities and the organization of trainings & workshops
- Support outsource fleet admin on communication with employees with company cars
The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Extensive knowledge of Turkish payroll, SGK, tax, and labour law
- Hands-on experience with SAP payroll and SuccessFactors is an added plus
- Familiarity with ADP systems (Global View or Celergo) is an advantage
- Affinity for digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance
- Ability to interpret payroll data, create insights, and support more data-led decision-making
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with consistent follow-up and attention to details
