Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Area Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support multiple cross-functional teams delivering digital applications. The role combines team-level facilitation with program-level coordination and coaching to ensure consistent delivery, visibility, and alignment across product areas.

You’ll be the driving force behind efficient ways of working, fostering continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver at scale in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

🚀Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach.
• Proven track record in managing or coaching multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile analytics tools.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional delivery teams.
• Relevant certifications (PSM II, CSP-SM, or SAFe SPC) are a strong plus.
  
  

Your future role

• Drive team performance and continuous improvement across multiple Scrum teams (PODs).
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and promote transparent, data-driven ways of working.
• Track and analyze KPIs, OKRs, and DORA metrics to ensure delivery predictability and efficiency.
• Support teams in identifying and resolving impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Represent development teams in stakeholder and client forums, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Co-own with Product Managers and SMEs the vision, roadmap, and scope of assigned product areas.
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) on the program level.
• Coach teams and leaders in Agile principles and delivery best practices, ensuring long-term capability growth.
• Support program-level reporting and governance by ensuring consistent data quality in Jira and Confluence.
