As a Protocol Engineer, you’ll design and implement scalable, high-performance Ethereum-based protocols, working at the cutting edge of blockchain and AI to help shape a fairer, more efficient Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Ethereum protocol components
• Build scalable, high-performance decentralized systems
• Contribute to protocol architecture, research, and technical direction
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers across blockchain and AI
• Ensure protocol security, reliability, and performance through testing and review

Requirements

• Strong experience with Ethereum protocol development
• Proficiency in Solidity and/or systems languages (Rust, Go, C++)
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and scaling
• Experience building distributed, performance-critical systems
