Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering multi-country service rollouts. The focus of this programme is to introduce Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) as a standardised process across multiple countries, delivered in structured waves (5–6 countries per wave).
The client organisation is at an early stage of maturity. The project’s core objective is to migrate legacy device data into Service Management tooling (e.g. ServiceNow), establish a robust operational process, and significantly reduce in-country administrative burden.
Success in this role hinges on exceptional stakeholder engagement, change management, and the ability to guide local teams through a blueprint implementation plan, while constructively challenging local variations and driving alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end rollout of Device Lifecycle Management processes across global markets.
- Deliver country deployments in sequential waves, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely adoption.
- Oversee migration of legacy device/asset data into the central service platform (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple parallel country implementations.
- Coordinate technical, operational, and data readiness activities for each deployment.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage with country leadership, operations teams, and global programme stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, and stakeholder briefings across varying levels of maturity.
- Challenge country-specific exceptions while respecting cultural and operational differences.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and requirements clearly and effectively to global and local stakeholders.
Governance & Planning
- Execute against an established programme blueprint while improving it through on-the-ground insights.
- Maintain strong governance disciplines, including status reporting, RAID management, and deployment playbooks.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure data quality, migration success, and process readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in project management, including multi-country rollouts of digital or IT services.
- Demonstrable experience in areas such as:
- Country/device migrations (TSA exit scenarios, device refresh programmes, workplace transitions).
- Rollout of new digital services leveraging big data or enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM/CMDB tools).
- Strong understanding of device/asset lifecycle, IT operations, and service management processes.
- Ability to lead delivery in low-maturity environments and build structure where little exists.
- Excellent stakeholder management in complex, multicultural environments.
- Strong change, communication, and adoption management abilities.
- Experience working to and improving standardised rollout blueprints/playbooks.
- Superb organisational skills and comfort managing multiple countries simultaneously.
