We’re Hiring: Senior Front-End Developer (React/ Next.js)
Location: On-site (Dubai)

We’re looking for a senior Front-End Developer to support the rebuild of a complex, high-traffic digital platform for a major UAE public-sector organisation. This is a hands-on role focused on React and Next.js, performance, accessibility, and building scalable, reusable UI components within a structured enterprise environment. If you’ve worked on large, complex web platforms and enjoy solving challenging frontend problems, we’d love to speak with you.
About the Role
We want someone who is:
- A senior Front-End Developer with 6–8+ years of experience
- Strong in React.js and Next.js
- Experienced working on enterprise-scale or government digital platforms
- Comfortable translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible UI
- Experienced with design systems and reusable component libraries
- Knowledgeable in performance optimisation, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
- Confident working in Agile/Scrum teams alongside backend engineers and designers
- Arabic-speaking is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Building scalable, high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js
- Implementing responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components
- Collaborating closely with UX/UI, backend, and product teams
- Integrating frontend components with backend APIs
- Maintaining and extending design systems and component libraries
- Ensuring code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
- Supporting a full platform rebuild in a structured enterprise environment
