Job Title: Sales Director – Middle East
Location: Onsite, Middle East (UAE or GCC region)
Role Overview
Aurigo is expanding its footprint across the Middle East and is seeking a Sales Director to lead enterprise SaaS sales across the GCC. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of experience, a strong regional network, and a proven track record of entering and expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling to private-sector enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, industrial, and digital transformation sectors.
This leader will be responsible for building territory strategy, driving new business acquisition, and accelerating Aurigo’s growth across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for Aurigo across the Middle East and GCC.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across private-sector accounts.
- Drive new market entry by identifying, engaging, and acquiring high-value customers in untapped regions.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Establish and expand executive-level relationships across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, real estate developers, industrials, and digital transformation buyers.
- Deliver predictable revenue growth by consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in greenfield environments and has successfully built regional presence for SaaS companies across the Middle East.

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years selling SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience entering, expanding, or developing new markets across the Middle East or GCC.
- Strong network across private-sector enterprises in industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, industrials, real estate development, or digital transformation.
- Track record of closing large enterprise deals and onboarding new logos in competitive markets.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and driving high-value ACV deals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant technical domain experience preferred.
- Ability to travel across the Middle East and GCC as needed.
