Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, hardware refresh cycles, and software deployments.
- Participate in proof of concepts to define technology direction and enable business strategy.
- Communicate and validate program architecture with infrastructure, project management, and technology services teams.
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and maintain standardized documentation for procedures and configurations.
- Follow data retention, backup, and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, application support) to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/operations design and deployment.
- 5+ years in server and network management for medium to large organizations.
- 2+ years in implementing security requirements.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with IT helpdesk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, Zoho, SolarWinds).
- Knowledge of Unified Communication platforms, firewalls, managed switches, and web application firewalls.
- Teamwork, communication, and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills, infrastructure management, and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO compliance frameworks, and ticketing systems.
