AI Scrum Master in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for AI/ML development teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers, stakeholders)
- Integrate MLOps practices and manage model development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and AI governance frameworks
- Coach teams on agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
- Communicate AI project status and business value to executive leadership
Experience & Certifications
- 5+ years as Scrum Master; 2+ years with AI/ML projects
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification required
- Banking/financial services experience preferred
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and agile tools
- Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory requirements
