Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant in Top No. 1 real estate firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Property Investment Manager and contributing to the success of our property listings for both sale and rent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, upload, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized (pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability)
- Coordinate with agents to collect property details, approvals, and updates
- Manage and update listings through the company CRM system
- Monitor listing performance and ensure timely renewals
- Remove outdated or incorrect listings and maintain data consistency across platforms
- Support the sales team with listing-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Listing Administrator or similar role in real estate
- Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems used in real estate
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work with agents and internal teams
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is a plus
