We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Designer who is eager to grow and learn while integrating into our Marketing team. Mission:
- Create visually appealing designs and creative assets for all the brands under Grupo Brisa, including marketing campaigns, social media, e-mail marketing, websites and other platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing design strategies to enhance brand identity and engagement.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet client needs or to improve design quality.
- Identify opportunities for innovative design solutions to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication Design or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Prior experience in graphic design projects or internships.
- Basic understanding of Print and Digital principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in all design work.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
