The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (C# / ASP.NET) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our development and product team, and other stakeholders across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and ongoing enhancement.

This is an on-site role based at our Calgary office in Crowfoot, NW.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with an established development team and product managers to design and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Design and implement scalable client-side and server-side architectures
  • Build intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces
  • Develop new products for the AbaData Platform and customized solutions for clients
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain databases and application logic
  • Create and maintain well-documented, efficient APIs
  • Test, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance software for performance and reliability
  • Ensure application security, data protection, and best practices
  • Build features optimized for mobile-responsive experiences

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
  • Strong experience with C# / .NET and ASP.NET
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
  • Experience developing desktop and/or native mobile applications
  • Familiarity with common full-stack architectures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is an asset but not required
  • Experience with ESRI JSAPI or GIS development is considered an asset
