We are looking for an Project Manager to support and drive the successful transition of legacy Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms to Quadient Inspire Evolve. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder coordination, playing a key part in enterprise modernization initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering teams, QA, business users, and external vendors to ensure migration activities are executed smoothly, risks are proactively managed, and timelines and quality standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in application or cloud migrations who enjoy structured execution, cross-team collaboration, and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Migration Execution & Delivery

  • Own and drive assigned migration tracks within a broader enterprise transformation program.
  • Coordinate application, data, and workflow migration activities from legacy CCM platforms to Quadient Inspire Evolve.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during transition phases.
  • Support cutover planning, validation, and post-migration stabilization activities.

Planning, Tracking & Governance

  • Support detailed planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress against timelines, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify, document, and proactively escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central coordination point between developers, QA teams, data teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models and assist with ceremonies where required.

Change Enablement & Quality

  • Support change management activities to drive user readiness and adoption.
  • Coordinate testing cycles, defect triage, and validation efforts during migration phases.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational security, compliance, and quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute project status updates, dashboards, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Track resource utilization and delivery metrics to support leadership decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 4-5 years of experience in technology delivery, IT program execution, or software/cloud initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to application migration, platform modernization, or system transition projects.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or multi-vendor environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Ability to understand technical workflows and translate requirements into structured execution plans.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-visibility programs.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Project or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
