Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Senior UX Designer
This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is: 12 months
Internal Code: A25219
What will you do?
- Ensure end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Ensure visual consistency and polish across products, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability.
- Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and solicit feedback for refinement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality, advocating for UX best practices throughout the process.
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficient in user-centred design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Advanced skills in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design thinking and updates.
- Strong understanding in user research methodologies, data-driven design, and iterative processes.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and driving design initiatives.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
