What The Role Is

You are responsible for ensuring project timelines are properly tracked and close monitoring of all project milestones to ensure successful implementation of a new medical system.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Conduct in-depth project planning and develop implementation roadmap
  • Manage project timelines
  • Oversee budget and resource management, ensuring prudent and appropriate use of funds and timely payment to vendors
  • Collate and prepare updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Participate in business requirement gathering
  • Spearhead change management and communication efforts
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of new medical system changes to ground-users, servicemen and other stakeholders
  • Manage risks, dependencies and timelines in complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects


Challenge(s)

  • Working in dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing project timelines and ensuring successful implementation of new medical systems
  • Managing stakeholders including administrators, clinicians, management, technical agencies and vendors
  • Spearheading change management and communication efforts


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Project Management, Public Health or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in procurement, contract management and vendor management
  • Experience in end-to-end IT project delivery including managing risks, dependencies and timelines in complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience in designing and delivering communication campaigns (internal and external)
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability in developing and executing management strategies for policy, process or implementation
  • Familiarity with IT implementation projects including requirement gathering, testing and rollout planning
