Project Management Officer

Services:

Supporting the definition and management of the project scope (content, planning) within the constraints of time and functional perimeter;

Supporting the development of operational IT policies and procedure, operational governance bodies and performance KPIs;

Supporting the governance of the project: building and managing steering committees / Project Committees / Working groups;

Ensuring management of the different stakeholders;

Identifying / monitoring / managing risks and mitigation plan along the project lifecycle;

Managing interdependencies between frameworks streams;

Conducting lessons learned after project delivery;

Aligning with the methodologies used by the client project partners (Agile, DevOps...) in line with the architectural and safety standards.

Requirements

Deliverables:

Project status reporting aligned with the overarching program;

Project meetings organized, executed, and documented;

Adjusted project planning and adjusted roadmaps for all product families;

Weekly / Monthly presentations for scrum ceremonies (as guided by the Scrum Master);

Onboarding/communication/training sessions (supported by the Change Manager).

Expertise:

English environment;

Expertise on preparing management presentation slides;

Expertise on Stakeholder management;

Expertise of formal project management methodologies;

Expertise in IT Project Management;

Expertise of IT Operation Practices;

ITIL 3 / 4 foundation expertise;

Expertise of Agile ways of working (including Scrum).
