Our client is looking for a backend developer who can build scalable systems using modern cloud technologies. In this role, you will design and implement robust APIs and services that power innovative applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and deploy backend solutions.
- Build and optimize APIs and microservices using Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Partner with product managers to deliver secure, high-performance backend systems.
- Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.
- Stay ahead of tech trends and mentor other engineers on best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
- 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- 3+ years working with open-source frameworks.
- 2+ years experience with Agile practices.
