We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Support supplier communication and maintain documentation.
- Help with cost collection and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for workshop and service requirements.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

We Can Offer You The Following Tasks:
- Register supplier invoices and manage account reconciliations.
- Prepare payments and follow up on open purchase orders and goods receipts.
- Book timesheets for workshop repair jobs.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage inter-company accounts.
- Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules and registers.
- Prepare and support WHT, VAT, and income tax returns.
- Assist with annual tax assessments and external audits.
- Participate in budgeting processes and perform day-to-day banking functions.
- Ensure compliance with Everllence Quality System and Code of Conduct.
- Graduation in Accounting/Finance; part-qualified CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- ERP knowledge (SAP B1 preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively in a team.
