As we’re scaling, our Grip team is looking for a Junior Project Support, who is going to work closely with our Project Management team to support and coordinate data for projects.

What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with Project Management team to ensure productivity
• Ensure that issues and challenges related to the project are identified
• Keep track of Jira tasks and tickets
• Renaming files
• Uploading of files to KO Assets using a standard uploading tool
• Upload renderings for revision or client’s Sharepoint
• Create project codes
• Registration of approvals on templates and images
• Support in administration and registration

Would be amazing if you have:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to details, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindset
• Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Get the job done mentality
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Jira
