- Program & Project Management:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end IT programs encompassing application development, migration, and maintenance projects across global teams. Ensure delivery quality, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Global Delivery Leadership:
- Manage globally distributed teams across multiple technologies and geographies using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Customer Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic guidance to support business goals and transformation agendas.
- Financial & Contract Management:
- Manage medium to large engagements with full ownership, including forecasting, and risk management responsibilities.
- Pre-Sales & Business Development:
- Partner with business development teams to drive proposal creation, cost estimation, and solution design for new opportunities within the Insurance domain.
- Agile and Process Excellence:
- Promote Agile adoption fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Champion internal audit readiness and compliance initiatives to align with enterprise governance models and client expectations
