Deloitte Bangalore is hiring Agile Coach (9+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

Deloitte Bangalore is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise-level Agile adoption, mentor teams, and enable high-performance delivery practices. This role focuses on driving organizational agility, fostering innovation, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Agile principles and practices across multiple teams and business units.
  • Facilitate leadership and performance workshops to strengthen Agile mindset and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable Agile roadmaps.
  • Coach teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices.
  • Drive organizational agility by implementing scalable frameworks and modern delivery practices.
  • Mentor and guide teams to build high-performance habits, improve predictability, and deliver business value.
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of Agile ways of working.
  • Leverage modern tools and techniques, including AI-powered insights, to enhance delivery and visibility.
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 9+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
  • Proven track record in enterprise Agile transformation and coaching leadership teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile maturity assessments, roadmap creation, and performance metrics.
  • Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Coach, or Certified Scrum Professional highly desirable.
  • Ability to design flexible, purpose-driven strategies and foster a culture of agility.
