We are Looking for - Network Admin
Work Location - WFO Bangalore and Pune
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise networking,
security, and telephony services across Woodbridge locations, ensuring reliable connectivity,
performance, and compliance. The Network Administrator will design, configure, monitor, and
optimize LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, SD-WAN/ZTNA, and voice infrastructure; coordinate changes;
and provide Tier-2/Tier-3 support aligned with ITIL practices and defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
•Fortinet Firewall Administration
oDesign, implement, and manage Fortinet Firewall solutions, including advanced policy
configuration, high availability (HA), routing, and integration with Global SDWAN.
oAdminister and optimize FortiClient deployments, EMS, and Fortianalyzer for endpoint
security, analytics, and compliance.
oDevelop and enforce firewall policies to ensure robust security posture and regulatory
compliance.
oMonitor and troubleshoot Fortinet environments for performance, reliability, and
security incidents.
•Cisco Networking
oConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches, with expertise in BGP,
OSPF, VLANs, and Layer 2/3 switching.
oManage Cisco ISE and DNA platforms for identity services, network automation, and
policy enforcement.
oOversee Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Access Points (APs) for global WLAN
deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.
oImplement and support Cisco network segmentation, port security, STP, and advanced
switching concepts.
•Global Network Operations
oLead the deployment and management of global SDWAN solutions, integrating Fortinet
and Cisco technologies for optimized WAN performance and resilience.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable, secure, and
highly available network architectures.
oProvide expert-level troubleshooting and escalation support for complex network issues,
including VPN, MPLS, Internet, and remote access.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all network devices, processes, and procedures.
•Security & Compliance
oImplement and manage advanced security features, including content filtering, threat
protection, IDS/IPS, and access control lists (ACLs).
oConduct regular reviews of network utilization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery
testing.
oInterface with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support Fortinet and Cisco
platforms.
•Continuous Improvement
oStay current with emerging technologies and best practices in network security, SDWAN,
and wireless networking.
oMentor junior staff and contribute to the development of IT infrastructure strategy.
Required Qualifications
•8+ years of hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall (including Forticlient, EMS,
Fortianalyzer, SDWAN, HA, Routing, policy management) and Cisco networking (routing,
switching, BGP, VLANs, ISE, DNA, WLC, APs).
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
•Relevant certifications: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE (Routing & Switching, Security,
Wireless).
•Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure, global enterprise
networks.
•Strong troubleshooting skills in both Fortinet and Cisco environments.
•Excellent communication and documentation skills.
