Your mission: Drive change 🎯
TradingView is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our generalist HR function. You will support the administration of HR services and will have the opportunity to get involved in various HR projects across our EMEA operations
How You’ll Shape Success 🏆
- Assist with HR processes such as leave requests, time tracking, and employee documentation.
- Maintain general office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and pleasant work environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking guidance, clarification, or support on HR-related matters, ensuring their questions are addressed promptly, accurately, and with a high level of care.
- Support HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Register employees in the various benefits schemes.
- Provide administrative support to Finance and Legal teams on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements.
- Welcome and onboard new employees, including preparing equipment, accounts, and induction materials.
- Organise office events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage office supplies, including snacks, drinks, and other essentials.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees.
- Very strong attention to detail and highly organised
- A proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written communication
- 0-2 Years of experience in an HR role
- You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
