Join a fast-growing team building Australia’s next-generation property platform. You’ll work on websites, marketing tools, ETL pipelines, analytics and upcoming AI features that support thousands of agents and property professionals nationwide. This is a hands-on role with ownership of building and improving high-quality applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js and SQL Server or MongoDB
• Build scalable backend services and APIs for customer-facing systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain technical documentation
• Work with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines and development tooling
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing and usability
• Extend the new platform and support key improvements on legacy systems
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver roadmap features

About You

• 5+ years software development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL Server and/or MongoDB
• Experience building, testing and deploying full-stack features end-to-end
• Problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills

Highly Desirable

• AWS or cloud-native DevOps experience
• ETL pipelines, analytics or AI integration
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or other backend frameworks
