Principal Product Manager (Enterprise Platform)

As we continue to grow in the enterprise segment, platform foundations such as authorisation, security, and integrations are becoming first-class product surfaces. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to own and evolve these domains end-to-end.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on some of the most critical and complex parts of our product platform.

What You’ll Own

You will lead strategy, discovery, and execution across:

• Authorization & user management (roles, permissions, multi-entity access, admin experiences)
• Security & trust features (enterprise security posture, controls, compliance-enabling capabilities)
• Integrations platform & strategy (APIs, native integrations, extensibility)

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Partners, and Customer teams to ensure our platform meets the expectations of sophisticated enterprise customers while remaining coherent, usable, and well-architected.

In This Position, You Will

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy for authorization, identity, and access management
• Lead product direction for security-related capabilities, balancing customer needs, compliance requirements, and technical constraints
• Own the integrations and connectivity strategy, including APIs, native integrations, and partner ecosystems
• Own and maintain the enterprise product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Design scalable product primitives and abstractions across multiple products and use cases
• Partner closely with Engineering on platform architecture and technical roadmap
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand security, access, and integration requirements
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success on enterprise deals where platform capabilities are critical
• Translate complex customer needs into clear product direction rather than one-off solutions
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Advocate for and champion the use of AI throughout the product development lifecycle

About You

• Direct ownership experience in at least one of the following domains:
• Authorization & user management
• Security & trust
• Integrations platform & strategy

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on enterprise or platform products
• Experience working with large, sophisticated enterprise customers (security reviews, procurement, IT stakeholders)
• Ability to maintain a strong product vision while navigating real-world constraints such as legacy systems and technical debt
• Experience scaling and building products for enterprise use cases
• Background in B2B SaaS, legaltech, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Comfortable operating with technical complexity and ambiguity
• Experience working closely with platform or infrastructure teams
