What you need to succeed
- Extensive experience in executive‑level HR leadership and strategic workforce planning.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and industrial relations, including dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering tailored solutions.
- A collaborative, forward‑thinking mindset and commitment to driving organisational excellence.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive relevant experience or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training and professional experience
