Network Administrator

• Permanent Full-Time opportunity
• Canberra location only - onsite
• Must hold minimum NV1 clearance

The Role

This role supports the operation and sustainment of critical technology environments. As a Network Administrator, you'll provide hands-on support across infrastructure, endpoints, and networks-working closely with cross-functional teams to keep systems stable, secure, and operational.

Your duties will include:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across all supported products and environments
• Log, triage, and assist with resolution of support requests
• Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints
• Support upgrades, updates, and maintenance activities across environments
• Conduct auditing and asset management of ICT materiel at unit locations
• Participate in product testing, evaluation, and maintenance activities in line with defined processes

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in IT administration, including physical and virtual network devices
• Experience working within ADF systems and networks
• Proven ability to operate effectively in cross-functional or project-based teams
• Strong foundational understanding of network and infrastructure support
• Certified SAFe® Practitioner (mandatory for COSPO personnel - can be completed upon engagement)
