We are building a large-scale project from the ground up; there’s still a lot to define and develop from a technical perspective. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can guide development, support architectural decisions, and help shape the foundation of the team. What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
• Define and implement best practices for clean, maintainable, accessible, and secure front-end code.
• Design and oversee front-end architecture, including component design, state management, performance optimization, and integration with distributed backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex front-end applications, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and browsers.
• Lead initiatives to modernize legacy front-end systems, migrating towards modular, reusable architectures and leveraging advanced capabilities of React and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with Backend, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Build reusable front-end components, UI frameworks, and internal tools to drive long-term productivity and consistency.
• Proactively research and introduce emerging technologies, frameworks, patterns, and trends to enhance the front-end ecosystem.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with strong involvement in architecture and complex system decisions.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS
• Strong experience building and maintaining production-ready front-end applications with high performance, accessibility, and reliability standards.
• Proven track record in architecting scalable front-end solutions, including micro-frontends, modular design, and API integrations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, making critical technical decisions.
• Experience in fintech or high-complexity transactional environments is a strong plus.
• Advanced English skills for technical discussions and documentation.
