Role: UX Conversation & Agentic Designer
Location: Brussels- Hybrid
Languages: English & French or Dutch
Daily Rate: 450-500 euros
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Conversation & Agentic Designer to join our client that is in the Telecom sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal interfaces
- Create and maintain conversation design systems, dialogue patterns, and reusable components
- Develop AI personas, tone-of-voice guidelines, and interaction principles
- Design natural, multi-turn conversations across chat and hybrid channels
- Define agentic flows where AI detects intent, collaborates with humans, and proactively resolves issues
- Prototype and test conversational experiences to refine clarity, empathy, and efficiency
- Conduct user research and usability testing for conversational interfaces
- Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to improve intent detection and natural language understanding
- Partner with Business and UX Service Designers to embed conversational touchpoints into end-to-end journey systems
- Design inclusive conversational experiences that work across diverse user groups
- Create and maintain conversation maps, user journeys, and service documentation
- Define success metrics and use analytics and KPIs to continuously improve conversational performance
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-driven experiences
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow, or similar platforms
- Strong writing, copy, and interaction design skills with sensitivity to tone, context, and emotion
- Solid UX fundamentals and the ability to translate complex technical logic into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working with AI-powered products or assistants, preferably in enterprise environments
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and feasibility assessments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience coaching or guiding product and design teams
