We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Service Owner to join our team in Helsinki-Uusimaa, Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT security services, ensuring the protection of our digital assets and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role ensures that security services are aligned with business needs, meets compiance requirements, and operate efficiently and securely accross the enterprice.

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT security services (e.g identity and access-, cyber security and vulnerability management)
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities
• Manage the incident response process, including coordinating with relevant stakeholders during security incidents, including privacy related incident management
• Oversee the implementation and management of security tools and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all IT services and projects
• Participate in projects that have special high security clearance requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT security processes, procedures, and standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends in IT security
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Report on security metrics and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT security, with a proven track record in service management
• Proficiency in various cybersecurity tools and technologies
• Proficiency of Microsoft Security products (e.g EntraID, Defender, Pureview, Sentinel)
• Expertise in risk assessment, management, and security incident response
• Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in leading and mentoring IT security teams
• In-depth understanding of IT security best practices, frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2)
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are highly desirable
• Familiarity with service management principles and their application in IT security
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Finland and internationally as required
