Alpho Lanka is expanding its digital finance and crypto-related initiatives and is looking for a Crypto Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects at the intersection of trading platforms, digital assets and financial infrastructure. This role is focused on execution, coordination and delivery rather than pure research or blockchain development.

You will work closely with product, operations, compliance and external partners to ensure crypto-related projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crypto-related projects from planning to execution and delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, operations, compliance and external vendors

• Oversee implementation of crypto trading features, asset integrations and wallet-related workflows

• Define project timelines, milestones and deliverables

• Track risks, dependencies and operational constraints

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution

• Support documentation, internal communication and stakeholder reporting

• Contribute to process improvements across crypto and digital asset initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in fintech, trading platforms or financial services

• Hands-on experience with crypto-related projects, digital assets or blockchain-based products

• Strong understanding of how crypto trading platforms, wallets and asset integrations operate

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience working with remote and international teams

• Fluency in English

Compensation

Base Salary: 100,000–140,000 USD per year

Token Allocation: Available as part of a hybrid compensation structure

• Legacy: Annual performance-based bonus
