What we expect from you
- Knowledge of Cisco and/or Fortinet networks, covering VPN, Wired/Wireless, Fiber/DSL connectivity.
- Experience supporting IT in medium to large scale production environments
- Several years of technical IT Infrastructure experience preferred
- Must hold or actively pursue CCNA, Fortinet NSE 3, or equivalent certification
- Solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, IT apprenticeship, or equivalent
- Fluent in English and German (verbal/written)
