A large, established organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Security Manager to lead and evolve its technology security function across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

This is a senior role responsible for setting security strategy, managing cyber risk, and delivering a resilient, compliant security programme aligned with recognised international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Technology Security Strategy and multi-year cybersecurity roadmap
• Lead IT and OT cyber risk management and security assurance activities
• Oversee the Information Security Management System and regulatory compliance
• Act as senior lead for technology security incidents and resilience planning
• Manage third-party and managed security service providers
• Embed security into cloud platforms, digital initiatives and major projects

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in IT, OT or hybrid IT/OT security
• Strong leadership background in complex or regulated environments
• Proven experience with operational technology security
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable:

Postgraduate qualification and/or industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GICSP or similar)
