We’re supporting a fast-growing international tech company in hiring a Finance Systems & Automation Engineer to join their Finance department and drive the digital transformation of core financial processes.

In this role, you’ll become the key link between Finance and IT — owning the ERP system (Oracle NetSuite Financial module), building integrations, automating manual workflows, and enabling the team to work faster, smarter, and fully data-driven.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges with technology. You’ll work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead, the Finance team, and engineering counterparts across the company.

ERP & System Ownership

• Support the configuration of the new ERP system (Oracle NetSuite Financial module) together with an implementation partner.
• Own ongoing system administration, maintenance, and functional configuration.
• Develop, test, and deploy integrations between the ERP system and internal/external platforms (billing, payment providers, banks).
• Customize ERP modules in line with Finance requirements.

Automation & Reporting

• Automate manual processes using Python, SQL, iPaaS tools (N8N, Make, Zapier, Celigo) or ERP-native automation.
• Improve data quality, structure, and consistency across systems.
• Contribute to building the data model in BI tools once the ERP foundation is implemented.

Support Documentation & Training

• Troubleshoot system issues, supporting Finance users in day-to-day operations.
• Document processes, workflows, integrations, and system logic.
• Conduct training sessions for Finance team members on new functionalities and automations.

Technical Skills

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, 1C, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Understanding of financial and accounting processes (no formal accounting background required).
• Hands-on experience with system integrations: REST APIs, JSON, webhooks.
• Automation experience with Python, SQL, or iPaaS platforms (N8N, Make, Zapier, Celigo).
• Experience building data models or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or ERP-native reporting).

Soft Skills

• Ability to translate financial requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (upper-intermediate+).

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, iGaming, or other tech-driven industries.
• Knowledge of financial terminology: GL, AP/AR, revenue management.
• Experience automating processes related to payment providers, banks, or billing workflows.
