As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing products to market with clarity, impact, and customer focus. You will drive go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and enable revenue teams with the tools and content needed to communicate product value effectively. By gathering customer insights and analyzing market trends, you will ensure that product positioning resonates with target audiences. This role requires close collaboration across product, marketing, growth, and customer success teams to drive adoption and engagement. Your efforts will directly influence user experience, product perception, and overall business growth in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead product launches from strategy to execution, including messaging, positioning, and campaign planning.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to generate actionable insights.
- Develop clear and compelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Partner with content, design, and sales teams to create enablement materials, case studies, landing pages, videos, and thought leadership assets.
- Equip revenue teams with playbooks, tools, and training to communicate product value effectively.
- Measure and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and drive adoption.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies, product launches, or customer engagement campaigns.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.
- Passion for understanding users and advocating for their needs.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience collaborating across product, design, and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
