DIGITAL MARKETING DESIGNER (iGaming)

Our recruitment agency is seeking a Mid-level Digital Marketing Designer for a leading international iGaming company.

The ideal candidate has proven experience producing iGaming creatives for affiliate and promo teams, rather than product-focused design.


Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality marketing materials: static banners, animated creatives, video ads, HTML banners, and promotional visuals.
  • Deliver creative concepts and final assets for affiliate, promo, SMM, and other marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and SMM teams to ensure consistency and performance of all creatives.
  • Prepare assets according to technical specifications, platform limitations, and file-weight requirements.
  • Work with developers to hand off design assets accurately.


Requirements

  • Direct experience creating iGaming marketing creatives, especially for affiliate and promotional campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects (plugins, scripts, templates, effects).
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.
  • Confident use of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, animation).
  • Experience working with AI tools for generating still images, videos, and motion graphics.
  • Skills in image/video compression tools to meet size and quality constraints.
  • Ability to upscale media with minimal quality loss.
  • Ability to create and adapt creatives in multiple languages.


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand banner and landing page constraints.
  • Experience with Figma Make for prototyping and animations.

  • Strong creative thinking and ability to deliver fresh ideas for iGaming promo content.
  • Clear, polite communication and the ability to ask clarifying questions before starting tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate workload challenges proactively.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and deadline-oriented.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving with a balance of quality and speed.
  • Receptiveness to feedback and motivation to grow professionally.
