We are looking for a IT Project Manager to work directly under our Delivery Lead. You will help coordinate resources, manage tasks, and ensure that our technical team has everything they need to succeed.

Your Mission

• Assist the Delivery Lead in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain our task management systems, ensuring work tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and updated.
• Help translate client meetings into clear documentation and actionable technical tasks for developers.
• Perform initial testing of developed solutions (QA) to ensure they meet requirements before they reach the client.
• Assist in creating user manuals and delivering training to help clients adopt our solutions.
• Actively participate in the development of new AI and low-code products, gaining hands-on experience in the latest technologies.

• Full professional proficiency in both Latvian and English is essential.
• Previous exposure to IT, the Microsoft 365 platform, or basic programming concepts is a huge plus, but a sharp mind and the right attitude are the priority.
